You retain ownership of documents, questions, assessments, responses, and other content submitted to Yotli. You grant Yotli permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI-generated questions, explanations, and analysis may require human review. You are responsible for reviewing content before using it for regulatory, employment, training, or audit decisions.
Paid plans, if enabled for your workspace, are billed according to the order, checkout, or subscription terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Yotli does not provide legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance advice, and product output is not a substitute for professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yotli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
